The Big Friendly Jaguar has eaten too many snoozecumbers

I thought this would be fun to draw, but I feel like a fraud because I don’t ever really remember reading The BFG – though I am certainly a fan of Ronald Dahl! I especially loved James and the Giant Peach when I was a wee Kirsti. I mean, who wouldn’t want to live in a house-sized peach with a bunch of giant bugs? It’s like if Franz Kafka wrote fairy tales.

You probably know Ronald Dahl as a beloved children’s author, but you may not know that he was a fighter ace in WWII and also a SPY! I actually learned this from watching “Drunk History” which it turns out is a surprisingly informative show.
