Rock out with your socks out

Are you ready to rock this weekend? I am! As I am writing this I just got back from a Thursday night show with The Blackout Knights! These friends of mine don’t mess around, and don’t let anything as trivial as recent injuries from a serious car accident get in the way of their mewsic-making. That is commitment, my friends!!

Lots of kitties have “socks”; it’s a pretty common coat pattern among kitties of no particular pedigree. All four of mine sport this stylish look, though some socks are taller than others. Human feet are kinda gross, but I can’t resist the cuteness of a dainty little cat paw! I love to touch my cats’ little pink squishy jelly beans, but they look at me like I am being rude when I do this. I try to restrain myself, but sometimes they leave a limb dangling from a piece of high furniture, taunting me, and I can’t resist.

This kitty is modeled after one of my foster kittens, teeny Tina, who is all grown up now and living with one of my mewsician friends along with her sister, Louise. I doubt they have picked up how to play the guitar yet, but who knows? Their mama kitty, Shisa, is pretty smart! If any kitty can figure it out, maybe Tina can!
