May the fourth be with you! I couldn’t resist drawing kitty Chewie. If they bred cats to look like this, I imagine lots of people would line up to get one. Awww you cute little itty bitty cookie wookie you! Who’s the best widdle sidekick there ever was? You are! You are!

You would have better luck finding a dog reminiscent of Chewbacca, rather than a cat. In fact, George Lucas said that the inspiration for Chewbacca was his Alaskan Malamute, Indiana; who also inspired the name “Indiana Jones.” Quite the influential dog!
