This is now what goes through my head whenever I see an oversimplified, attention-grabbing headline, but especially one of those that reveal some shocking truth supposedly supported by some study. You know the ones. Like, LEGUMES ARE GIVING YOU CANCER, MAYBE! We all have to wade through a mountain of sound bite click bait garbage every day because we live in a world of constant noise, and too often only the loudest and dumbest voices are heard. And you are free to agree with any sound bite that you are comfortable with, ignore the ones that you are not comfortable with, and avoid actually reading or learning anything whatsoever!
