Archery Finals!

Who is the best archer? Is it Hairball Hawkeye, Green Furrow, Pawbin Hood, Catniss, or Sterling? I think it’s some fine arching all around! Well, except for Sterling, he’s not doing fine.

My cat, Shisa, has excellent archery form. When I pet her she gets on her itty bitty tippy toes and her back turns into a perfectly symmetrical hump. The cat arch can be dramatic show of fear and aggression, but in this case Shisa is just a happy little arching cat stretching her kitty muscles. Shisa used to be a feral kitty and is very strong. Like Catniss, I imagine she had to use her archery skills to survive out in the wild. That must be why she has such perfect form!

An archery aficionado is called a toxophilite – so you can call these kitties toxofelines!
